All cards provided by our service can be found on the home page, and the countries covered by our service are displayed on the home page. If you click on the country, you will see a reminder of the number of cards in that country.

When will you have the card library updated?

We plan to update it once a week, but there is no fixed time. You can subscribe to our email to let you know.

How do I buy your cards?

First you have to have our account and Bitcoin. If you don’t use Bitcoin, you can click here to view it. Then you can recharge and choose the goods you need to buy to pay. After payment is successful, you need to wait 5-10 minutes to see the purchase information in the order or mailbox.

Payment has been made successfully. Why is the order not processed?

Due to the influence of the calculation of the Bitcoin arrival time collection block, we only need any confirmation point, which takes about 5-10 minutes. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

What if the payment amount is less than the order amount?

Please check the payment amount and the order amount. 

Why is my account locked?

Maybe you have an unfilled balance within 3 hours of registration.

Maybe you haven’t done any business on the 5th day.

Maybe you are trying to break into the service illegally.

Why hasn't anybody answered me?

Because the time of online support is not fixed, users can choose to contact online support or submit support tickets according to the actual situation.

This is excluded, because there are only unique cards in the base. This is achieved by the fact that it is impossible to upload 2 identical cards due to the program. The uniqueness of the card is determined by the combination “Number-Exp-CVV”. If you have found identical cards, which differ by number or Exp, check them and you will see which one is correct.

Support Ticket is our new plan for updating. Support Ticket can be used when online support is unavailable. At present, membership rights are only available.

Can I sell cards in your service? Is it possible to become an independent seller?

Yes, you can. At present our condition is 5% of the cost. You get 95% profit. You can set the price for the card through the management panel. You have to make a commitment to the goods you sell. Please write a ticket to the support staff and provide your contact information.

Rules for sellers

1. Depending on your grade, you can have different goods on the shelf.
2. Not allowed label: first sale.
3. The buyer’s money will reach your website wallet immediately, but it can’t be taken out immediately or used to buy any goods.

I found identical cards, what do I do?

I saw an identical card in another service, what do I do?

Please write a ticket if you have such a case. Indicate the service where you saw such card, and also give full information on the card.

Are you responsible for the balance on the card?

We are not responsible for the balance on the card. In case there is 51 (insufficient funds) code we return money for the card, but if the card does not contain the sum you want to withdraw, we will not be able to return money for the card. 

How do you refund dead cards?

If the card has been checked in our service and the inspector confirms that it is invalid, we will automatically refund it.

You can also choose the checker that best suits you and use it in your work. If the insurance policy does not comply with your wishes, we can return the money on the card you claim to have died and send it back to your wallet.

Please note that more than one hour does not apply to the above situation, we do not want to do so, but we do not want to have unsatisfactory customers in our service. Thanks for your understanding.
